Palm Beach County, Florida is a wonderful area to enjoy a personal life, as well as a professional life. This area is growing quickly as a strong business center, according to Kelly Smallridge, President & CEO of Business Development Board of Palm Beach County Inc., "We see tremendous business strength in Palm Beach County, as we completed 25 relocations and expansion projects, for a total of 3,600 corporate headquarters, business and fnancial services, manufacturing , distribution, technology and aviation/ aerospace. The jobs created are all with average salaries well above Florida and county averages. We are proud that Palm Beach County attracts a diverse array of innovative companies with high quality jobs that allow current and future residents to both live and work happily here." Beautifully landscaped residential areas dot the county where new residents from the Fed Ex Group distribution facility, US Polo Association Headquarters, Sancillo Group, Inc., and Avic Tech, Inc. have moved in to after being brought here by the Business Development Board. According to Belinda, Krause, Executive Director of the RE ALTORS ® Commercial Alliance of the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast (RCA), the commercial division of the Realtors ® Association of the Palm Beaches, "This is a terrifc, varied community to live and work in, which I have for most of my life. It is also full of opportunity. Each year, RCA offers the most updated courses, speakers, and networking opportunities to its Commercial Real Estate Practitioners so that they can better serve the changing needs of this growing community." The County is very diverse. Going north to south, Jupiter is a busy community with a major medical center and beautiful beaches; Palm Beach Gardens has terrifc shopping and beautiful residential areas; Forbes Magazine rates West Palm Beach above all other South Florida cities on its ranking of best places for Business and Careers in the US; Wellington is of course the center of US Polo Association; Delray Beach has become a bustling, small city with strong retail and restaurants; and Boca Raton is flled with major corporate headquarters. All of these cities have lovely condos, town- houses, or single family residences to choose from, whether you want a waterfront or golf course community or walking distance to a downtown. Also, coming in 2017 will be the new $135,000 spring training stadium in West Palm Beach for the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals.
